sometimes the cars we own have a history.

in many cases they have had previous work done.

body shop work, paint, bondo, a just plain prior fender work make wheel fitment not as easy as it could be.

in this situation the fenders has been shaved too short to work.

too short to do my shave, roll, pull job. but with alot of patience and time and some alcohol we made it work.

when you got lemons to work with, make lemonade.

after months of prep paint fitment work etc jose was finally ready to stretch his legs and take his beauty out on the course
since this is a fitment blog I'll start off with the specs

Hellaflush 8 Coverage.... FINALLY

Well I know it's pretty late to do coverage but I've been super busy with work and haven't had a chance to work on pics :/ Sorry Albert

Anyways here's my coverage, I hope you enjoy.

We had planned on leaving "early" Friday evening and getting a room out near the show, but we had some issues getting my car all ready to go. A huge thanks goes out to Albert and Jet for all the hard work they put in in helping get "The Beast" ready while I had to work. We finally finished up and got on the road around midnight and after a few pitstops arrived at the hotel around 2am for a few hours of sleep. Less than 4 hours later found us running out of the hotel and to the car to head to the show. Upon arrival, we already found a line of cars trying to get in and the cops waiting to take advantage of people. Once we got through those hurdles we set up and got ready for an awesome day......

by far the heaviest wheel I've had to lift

it's good to get out of the same routine, it keeps wheel fitment interesting, I have imports down pretty well but it's nice to get contacted for a different car scene, weather it be lowriders, muscle, bling bling style dub cars, drift heads or good or hellaflush style cars I appreciate them all.
